DEFECTS or MANUFACTURING ERRORS
All t-shirts sold on our website are subject to this returns and refunds policy. If you receive a t-shirt that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. To help us process your request, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a clear photo or video showing the defect and your order number. For orders with multiple items of the same design, a single image showing all affected items may be required. After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued as soon as possible, at no additional cost for the original payment.
LOST PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESS, or UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
In the case of a lost or undelivered package, any claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages :
If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, because it was not claimed, because it was refused by the recipient, or due to unpaid customs fees (if applicable), we cannot refund the t-shirt. To have the product resent, you will need to pay only the reshipping costs. Since the t-shirt has already been printed, no additional charge for the product itself will be applied. Processing a returned package may take several weeks depending on the carrier, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If the reshipping fees are not paid, the package will remain with us, and no refund will be issued.
RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG SIZE
Returns due to a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color are not accepted. In accordance with French and European law, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code does not apply to personalized products or products made to the customer’s specifications. We therefore encourage our customers to carefully check sizes and colors before placing an order to avoid any issues.
RETURNING DEFECTIVE T-SHIRTS
If a return is required for a defective or incorrect t-shirt, the customer must ship the product using a tracked or insured service to ensure its safety. Shipping costs for this return will only be borne by the customer if the error was not our fault. After inspecting the returned t-shirt, a full refund or replacement will be issued within approximately 7 to 10 business days, at no additional cost for the original payment.
