ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website. If your delivery is delayed or your package has not been received, please contact customer service within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
RETURNED PACKAGES
A package may be returned in the following cases:
-Incorrect or incomplete address
-Package not claimed (pickup point, locker, post office)
-Package refused by the recipient
-Unpaid customs fees, if applicable
If a package is returned for any of these reasons, we will contact you to confirm the delivery address and decide on re-shipment options. Re-shipping fees will apply if the return was caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, or a refusal of delivery. Processing a returned package may take several weeks depending on the carrier, and return times cannot be guaranteed. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund may be issued, minus any shipping costs incurred.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If a package cannot be re-shipped, it may be donated to a charitable organization.

If your t-shirts arrive in such condition, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at sales@seleucidheritage.com, including your order number and photos of the affected item. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary. After inspection, a full refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost to the payment method used for the purchase, within 7 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or insured service to ensure the safe return of items. The right of withdrawal does not apply to correctly manufactured or printed t-shirts.
